MitoPilot Workshop 2025

Welcome to the website for the 2025 Smithsonian NMNH MitoPilot workshop!

Our schedule for today:

• 9 AM – 12 PM: Introduction to mitogenomes and MitoPilot, cluster computing basics, MitoPilot installation, running a test project
• 12 PM – 1 PM: Lunch break
• 1 PM – 3 PM: Finishing the test project, inspecting results, manual curation, export
• 3 PM – 3:30 PM: Break
• 3:30 PM – 5 PM: How to set up your own project, custom assembly and annotation databases, wrap-up
